Expansion Valves
Expansion Valves / Orifice Tubes
The expansion Valve (TXV) is located at the evaporator inlet. The TXV is controlling the flow of refrigerant entering the evaporator based on the cooling load or the evap’s temperature. The TXV can sense both temperature and pressure, and they are great at regulating the refrigerant flow to the evaporator. There are three types of expansion valves; Block valves, Externally Equalized and Internally Equalized.
We supply the OEM manufactured Expansion Valves and Orifice Tubes along with after-market manufactured brands to offer options for our customers.
